The Myrtle Creek City Council and Urban Renewal Agency will meet on Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m.
Councilors will consider a request for Federal Aviation Administration approval for the continued transfer of entitlements from the Myrtle Creek Municipal Airport to the Ashland Municipal Airport.
The council will vote on whether to have staff move forward with an Integrator of Record for the continuation of the Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project. The Integrator of Record would provide wastewater control system and instrumentation services as an independent contractor to the city.
Councilors will decide whether to have staff proceed with the placement of five new streetlights around the city. Staff are working with the Myrtle Creek Police Department and are also taking citizen comments to determine the locations with the most need.
Other items are on the agenda as well. The Urban Renewal Agency will meet following the council meeting. The meetings are open to the public. They will take place in council chambers on Northwest Pleasant Street.
