FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS CONTINUES IN ITS 33RD YEAR

December 2, 2025 3:20 a.m.

The Umpqua Valley Festival of Lights is continuing in its 33rd year.

Organized by the Roseburg Rotary Club, the drive through at River Forks Park opens nightly at 5:30 p.m. It is open until 9:00 p.m. except on Fridays and Saturdays when displays remain open until 10:00 p.m.

Along with over 500,000 lights and 90 displays, the Dutch Bros. Holiday Village will be open Thursdays through Sundays inside Helleck Hall, beginning later this week. The village provides an opportunity for children to meet Santa Claus for free, write a letter to the North Pole – thanks to CHI Mercy Medical Center – and enjoy cookies, warm cider, coffee and hot chocolate, plus browse a variety of souvenirs. Santa will be at Holiday Village until December 24th.

A number of special nights are scheduled. This Thursday will be veteran’s night, presented by Clint Newell Auto Group.  Veterans and their families will be admitted to the Festival of Lights for free.

Admission to the event is $10 per vehicle. To get tickets or more information, go to: https://www.uvfestivaloflights.com/
