Roseburg Police added charges to a man that was already in jail on Friday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. officers were made aware that the 31-year-old had two outstanding warrants stemming from past cases. He was in custody on an unrelated matter. The charges were added and the man remained in custody with bail now set at $20,000.
