An RPD report said just after 9:15 a.m. officers contacted the 59-year-old outside of property in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street. He had been trespassed from that location the day before. The man allegedly had an open can of high-alcohol content beer in his possession when contacted.

The property owner was contacted and confirmed that he wanted to pursue charge. The suspect was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He was detained on $1,250 bail. The man was cited for drinking in public.
