Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance in the downtown area on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 2:15 p.m. officers took the 55-year-old into custody after he allegedly kicked a victim in the ribs at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was taken into custody without issue. The victim was uninjured.

The man was charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
