Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance at the hospital on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year-old after he allegedly refused to leave CHI Mercy Medical Center, and hot into a scuffle with security staff. When officers arrived, the man was being restrained by staff. The man was taken into custody without issue.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, and harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
