Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a parole violation on Monday.

An RPD report said just before 11:25 a.m. officers contacted the 58-year-old while she was in the police department lobby in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. They determined that her parole officer in Josephine County had authorized a detainer for arrest, for failing to check in on time. The woman was detained without bail.
