Troopers with the Oregon State Police jailed a Winston man following an alleged DUII crash on Sunday night.

An OSP report said just before 6:00 p.m. a compact sedan was on Highway 42 near Carnes Road when it ran a red light and t-boned two other vehicles that were passing through the other intersection. The driver of the first vehicle, identified as 48-year-old Joshua Keifer, showed signs of impairment of drugs and alcohol. He was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center where he was treated. A search warrant was completed and executed

Keifer was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, two counts of reckless driving, and recklessly endangering another person. He was detained without bail.
