Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged theft incident at a store on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:50 p.m. the 50-year-old allegedly stole jerky sticks from the business in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He was contacted later and placed under arrest. The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, with bail set at $1,250.
