Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged harassment incident on Saturday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. officers responded to a home in the 700 block of Northwest Hill Avenue. Upon arrival officers learned that the 58-year-old had slapped a victim and made several racial slurs. The victim was not injured but did have a red mark on his cheek in the shape of a hand.

The suspect was released after he was given the citation.
