Both drivers were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Sunday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 9:50 a.m. officers responded to wreck at the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Rifle Range Road. Officers determined that the first driver, an 87-year-old man, had attempted to make a left turn onto Rifle Range Road from Diamond Lake Boulevard directly in front of a second vehicle, resulting in the accident.

Both drivers were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries. The driver who caused the crash was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
