Roseburg Police cited a man for third-degree criminal mischief on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. a 38-year-old man was contacted for allegedly trespassing on the property of a business in the 3000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Officers learned there was probable cause to arrest the man for a criminal mischief incident at the same property the day before.

The man was also trespassed from the property before being released.
