Both drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 11:10 a.m. officers responded to the wreck at the intersection of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and Northwest Mulholland Drive. Upon arrival, officers learned that an 83-year-old driver did not ensure the intersection was clear prior to making a left turn, causing a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction to crash into her.

Both drivers were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for their injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The driver who caused the crash was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
