SUTHERLIN POLICE JAIL MAN FOR RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION

Sutherlin Police jailed a man for violating a restraining order on Sunday night.

An SPD report said at 9:30 p.m. 40-year-old was Marc Conrad was allegedly found inside the victim’s storage shed and garage in the 100 block of Northeast Everett Avenue. Conrad had an enforceable restraining order prohibiting him from being at the residence or on the property.

During a search, an officer reportedly found a small heart shaped gold pendant and a small baggie with what appeared to be methamphetamine. The pendent belonged to the victim, according to the report

Conrad was charged with violation of a restraining order, second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $500.
