A Roseburg woman was arrested after refusing to leave Mercy Medical Center on Monday morning.

An RPD report said that the 39-year-old was discharged from Mercy, but refused to leave. She allegedly threatened to fight the security guard and officers.

The woman was reportedly taken into custody without incident and is lodged at the Douglas County Jail on charges of second degree criminal trespass and second degree disorderly conduct. She’s being held on $3,750 bail.
