Roseburg woman allegedly stole relatives credit card

Roseburg Police arrested a 44-year-old woman after she allegedly used a relative’s credit card to make fraudulent purchases.

RPD said that a Salem woman was visiting 44-year-old Stephanie Rayhill in Roseburg over the weekend and left her wallet at Rayhill’s residence. The woman was allegedly notified of several fraudulent transactions on one of her credit cards.

According to RPD, Rayhill admitted to taking the credit card and using it for the fraudulent purchases. She was lodged at Douglas County Corrections on charges of third degree theft and two counts of computer crimes. Rayhill has since been released.
