Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported trespass incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 6:30 a.m. officers trespassed the 42-year-old man from a motel in the 1500 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive. Shortly after the man returned to the business and was taken into custody without incident.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
