Deputies from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a woman for a warrant on Sunday.

A DCSO report said at 11:15 a.m. the 53-year-old was found in a gravel lot next to Interstate 5 southbound in the area of Gazley Road, a mile south of Riddle. The deputy knew the woman had a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. She was detained while a Myrtle Creek Police officer confirmed the warrant.

The woman was transported to corrections. Bail was set at $5,000.
