Roseburg Police cited a man for two warrants after he was found outside the Douglas County Jail on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 6:00 p.m. officers saw the 31-year-old from Klamath Falls in front of the sally port doors at corrections. He had two active warrants for his arrest out of Klamath County Circuit Court for failure to appear. The man was taken into custody without incident and was released at the request of Klamath County.
