Sutherlin Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree trespass on Thursday.

An SPD report said at 12:50 p.m. a victim reported that a 61-year-old man was on her property in the 200 block of Eagle Court and had no right to do so because of a prior trespass. The trespass was confirmed, and the man was taken into custody. He was detained on $1,250 bail.
