Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged theft incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 3:15 p.m. officers responded the WinCo Foods in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, after loss prevention employees called and said the 46-year-old from Winston had stolen items from the business and was caught outside, still with the items in her possession. The suspect was cooperative and remained on scene until officers arrived.

During officer’s contact with the woman, they learned she had a warrant for her arrest. Due to a severe medical issue, the woman was cited and released for second-degree theft and for the warrant.
