Two vehicles collided in downtown Roseburg on Monday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said at 3:00 p.m. a sedan was traveling eastbound on Southeast Oak Avenue approaching Southeast Stephens Street. The vehicle was in a “left turn only” lane but proceeded straight through the intersection. An SUV was traveling eastbound next to the first vehicle in the center lane, which permitted the driver to either turn left or go straight.

The second driver attempted to turn left, and her vehicle was hit by the sedan. Information was exchanged and both parties refused medical attention. The male driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to maintain a lane and driving uninsured.

The vehicles were driven from the scene.
