A 47-year-old Roseburg man was arrested by Roseburg Police Monday on numerous fraud and theft charges stemming from an investigation into stolen credit cards.
Officers were investigating stolen credit cards and contacted Brian Andrew Hamshar at 3:30 p.m. Hamshar allegedly admitted to using one of the stole credit cards connected to the case at three different locations.
Hamshar was charged with three counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft, computer crimes and third degree theft. He was additionally charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He’s lodged at Douglas County Corrections and being held without bail.
