A 20-year-old Roseburg man was taken into custody by Roseburg Police late Saturday after he allegedly caused a disturbance at a business in the 1600 block of O’Dell Avenue.

Roseburg Police reported that the man had a fake ID confiscated by an employee at the business. He allegedly grabbed a woman by the wrist, forced her arm behind her back and tried to get his ID back.

RPD said he was shoved away from the woman by another patron. The man was taken into custody a short time later and transported to Douglas County Corrections on charges of harassment. He has since been released.
