The Umpqua National Forest has rescinded an Emergency Fire Closure Order that was impacting a small portion of the Diamond Lake Ranger District due to the Emigrant Fire.
As of Friday, the Upper Lemolo Falls Trail #1476 and trailhead, Skipper Lakes Trailhead, Cinder Prairie Trailhead, Bulldog Rock Trailhead, Lemolo #2 Forebay Forest Camp Campground, and Lemolo Lake Dam Trailhead have all been reopened.
An administrative closure has been issued for a couple of roads near the fire perimeter. The closed roads include National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 2610 (Lemolo Lake/Birds Point Road) from the junction of 2610-690 to 2610-760 and NFSR 6000-700 (Kelsay Calamut Loop) from the junction of NFSR 2612 to NFSR 6000-770 and the boundary of the Forest.
The Willamette National Forest still has a closure in place for the Emigrant Fire. More details on those closures can be found on their website.
