A Winston man was jailed following an alleged assault incident on Saturday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 5:00 p.m. 19-year-old Kayden Musgrove allegedly started a physical altercation with two victims in the 5000 block of Willis Creek Road. Musgrove is related to the victims and lives on their property. He reportedly sprayed both victims with insect repellent, causing injuries. Musgrove allegedly also broke a window screen, a curtain rod and a picture frame.

He was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center before being taken to corrections. Musgrove was charged with two counts each of fourth-degree assault and harassment and third-degree criminal mischief. He was detained without bail.
