Roseburg Police jailed a man for offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. the 30-year-old had spread his belongings and trash along the 300 block of Southeast Rose Street, next to the Public Safety Center. He also allegedly threw trash into the bed of a nearby truck, that did not belong to him.

Bail was set at $1,250.
