Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. the 33-year-old was contacted at his tent below the disc golf course in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive. Outside of the 33-year-old’s tent was a hoe, axe, and a shovel. The man claimed that the camp was not his and noted he had just stayed the night before. He reportedly refused to tell an officer who the camp belonged to.

The man was released after his citation was issued.
