An RPD report said at 7:20 a.m. a woman and the first man, age 31 from Washington state, arrived at a residence in the 1700 block of Southeast Cobb Street to retrieve her vehicle. A confrontation ensued between the two men, which escalated into a physical altercation.

The second man- age 38, allegedly swung a bat, hitting the first man’s arm and possibly breaking it. The first man claimed the second man’s children threw rocks and metal sockets at him.
