Roseburg Police jailed a man for a statewide felony parole violation warrant early Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 3:40 a.m. officers were conducting a security check at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street when they contacted the 34-year-old. He was taken into custody without issue. The man was detained without bail.
