Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive for a parole violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 6:55 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old after a disturbance was called in at an apartment complex in the 800 block of West Lookingglass Avenue. Dispatch advised of the warrant which they later confirmed. The man was taken into custody without incident and was detained without bail.
