Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of first-degree criminal mischief early Saturday.

An RPD report said just before 5:00 a.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after security staff said that a man had broken out a window. Upon arrival, officers learned security staff had just checked that portion of the property and noted no damage. Security footage was checked, and the 28-year-old was developed as the suspect.

The man was detained without bail. He was released on Monday.
