The Umpqua Valley Homebuilders Association has announced the return of the 2025 Showcase of Homes, on Saturday and Sunday, September 13th and 14th.
An UVHBA release said this year’s event will feature a diverse lineup of builders, contractors, and unique locations, offering inspiration and ideas for visitors of all interests.
The show includes:
*10 distinct locations
*6 custom homes
*A reconstructed home from the Archie Creek Fire, which is now an Air B&B
*2 outdoor landscaping displays
*2 shops and accessory buildings
*A 3,400 square foot “lodge” situated on a 1,000-acre property
Showcase hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. Wristbands are $12 per adult, or $10 with a donation of two canned food items for the United Community Action Network.
