Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said just before 2:30 a.m. the 65-year-old was contacted in front of a business in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man was allegedly in possession of an open beer container, with alcohol inside. He was released after the citation was issued.
