Roseburg Police jailed two men following an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said officers made the arrest after the men, ages 21 and 20, allegedly fought with each other in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 100 block of Sunshine Road. The older man also reportedly punched a victim in her arm. The incident stemmed from a custody issue.

Cedric VanBeek was charged with two counts of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was detained on $7,500 bail. The younger man was detained for one count of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.
