Roseburg Police cited a man with second-degree criminal mischief on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 7:30 a.m. officers contacted the 29-year-old in the 700 block of West Ballf Street. A victim claimed that the suspect had punched and dented the rear quarter panel of his vehicle. The suspect admitted to hitting the vehicle and released after a citation was issued.
