Three people were taken to the hospital following a single vehicle crash early Tuesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 12:20 a.m. deputies responded to the wreck in the 2000 block of Lee’s Creek Road in the Myrtle Creek area. Fire personnel took the occupants to CHI Mercy Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Deputies went to Mercy to gather information. During the investigation it was determined that a 19-year-old woman from Myrtle Creek was the driver, with two juvenile passengers. The driver admitted smoking marijuana and consuming alcohol prior to driving. A follow-up investigation is underway.
