Roseburg Police cited the drivers of both vehicles following an afternoon crash on Monday.

An RPD report said at 2:10 p.m. the driver of a vehicle stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Northwest Valley View Driver and Northwest Stewart Parkway. The driver proceeded into the intersection but did not see a second vehicle heading southbound on Stewart Parkway and caused the collision. The 72-year-old from Sutherlin was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. The second driver was cited for driving uninsured. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
