Roseburg Police cited two men following a reported disorderly conduct incident.

An RPD report said at 9:55 a.m. officers responded to a business in the 900 block of West Harvard Avenue after a caller said there was a disturbance. Officers learned that a 50-year-old man and a 64-year-old man had been in a physical altercation which resulted in the older man having a half inch gash to his lip and a 1-inch gash to his forearm.

Both men were cited and released for second-degree disorderly conduct. The younger man was also cited for fourth-degree assault.
