Roseburg Police jailed a woman for prohibited camping early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 3:00 a.m. the 43-year-old was contacted at Deer Creek Park in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Her camp was surrounded by trash and other rubbish. Her camp did not comply with the Time/Place and Manner ordinance for manner.

The woman had five prior camping convictions. She was charged with offensive littering and prohibited camping. She was detained without bail.
