ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE WOMAN FOR THEFT CASE

Roseburg Police charged a woman in a theft case on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers contacted the 29-year-old from Myrtle Creek, who was already in the Douglas County Jail on charges from an unrelated case. She reportedly admitted to stealing nearly $102 worth of pop sockets from a store on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on July 20th. A charge of second-degree theft was added. Bail was set at $6,250.
