Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a warrant and other charges early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:20 a.m. 34-year-old Jamie Hunt was contacted along the South Umpqua River at Gaddis Park, because she had a warrant for her arrest. Hunt reportedly resisted arrest and punched and kicked officers. She was also charged with resisting arrest, harassment and for a probation violation

Hunt was detained on $13,750 bail and was released later Wednesday morning.
