Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:15 a.m. VA Police contacted the 68-year-old on the VA campus in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man had a warrant out of Marion County for his arrest. He was also three years past his annual registration date and was out of compliance as a sex offender. The warrant was confirmed.

The man was cited for the warrant and for failure to register as a sex offender. He was released after the citations were issued.
