Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 8:45 a.m. the 50-year-old was contacted for camping near the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and West Francis Street, next to Brown Park. The man had belongings scattered around his vehicle and was camping in a prohibited location at a prohibited time.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
