Roseburg had the hottest day of 2025 so far on Sunday, and broke the record high temperature for the date.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the mercury reached 103 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The previous hottest day for 2025 was June 9th, when the high reached 101 degrees. July 13th was the hottest day in July, when the temperature hit 100 degrees

The record high for August 10th had been 98 degrees, set in 2021.

Monday could be another record high day, with the mercury forecast to be 103 degrees. The record for August 11th is 104 degrees, set in 2014. Forecasters said it’s possible that Roseburg could surpass the expected high and reach 105 degrees.
