Roseburg Police jailed a woman following a DUII crash on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. officers responded to a single vehicle wreck in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and learned the 42-year-old woman admitted to using fentanyl before driving her vehicle. The driver told witnesses that she had passed out while behind the wheel, leading her to driving onto the sidewalk, over a speed limit sign and into a tree.

The woman was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center while officers applied for a search warrant. The search warrant was granted and served for her blood. She was medically cleared and was taken into custody. The woman was charged with DUII controlled substance and driving while suspended or revoked. She was detained without bail. Her vehicle was impounded from the crash scene.
