MYRTLE CREEK MAN JAILED FOR VIOLATION OF NO CONTACT ORDER

A Myrtle Creek man was jailed on the charge of violation of a no contact order by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.

A DCSO report said at 5:00 p.m. deputies responded after a caller said the 59-year-old was in the 2800 block of Dole Road with a victim, which violated a no contact order. The order was confirmed. Deputies arrived and found the two people together. The man was taken into custody. Bail was set at $15,000.
