Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance violation early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 1:15 a.m. officers contacted the 74-year-old in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and saw that the man had an alcoholic drink in his possession. The alcohol was poured out and he was issued a citation before being released.
