A semi-truck crashed on Interstate 5 northbound early Wednesday.

An Oregon State Police report said at 2:15 a.m. the vehicle was near milepost 141, approximately five miles north of Sutherlin when the driver lost control and the semi crashed into the guard rail. There was significant guardrail damage, but the driver, a 35-year-old, was not injured. Clean up of the accident scene took a significant amount of time.
