Roseburg Police cited a man for drugs, following a traffic stop on Tuesday night.
An RPD report said just before 8:30 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for a violation in the 1900 block of West Harvard Avenue and observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. During a search of the 56-year-old from Myrtle Creek, officers reportedly located a usable amount of methamphetamine and about 3.76 grams of suspected fentanyl.
The man was charged with unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance. He was cited in lieu of custody.
